Cute bakery serving up lunch items! I ordered the pastrami Reuben and a slice of carrot cake. The Reuben was good, but they forgot the Russian dressing on mine. The carrot cake was the star here. Probably the best carrot cake I've had. I also ordered an everything bagel with veggie cream cheese. As you can see from the pictures the amount of shmear was very disappointing. They should be doubling that at the very least. The bagel had good flavor but the texture was off. It didn't have the softness or the right chew. TLDR: get cake.

This pastry shop is the cutest! The service here was great. We paid about $30 for two multipacks of cookies, two slices of cake and a cupcake. Very worth it. Everything we tasted was delicious! It definitely has a pastry shoppe vibe but I loved the fact that they also serve meats, jarred and pickled items, and an assortment of other things. We came in the afternoon and there was quite the selection but I'll return for bread earlier in the day. Will be back!

This is an amazing gem in the area. Great sandwiches and they sell different meats and prepared food things to take home as well. Just beware the sandwich counter closes earlier than the actual store part. The store sells German treats like candy, snack and authentic German house hold pantry staples. They also have a decent selection of beers and the staff are super knowledgeable and provide great recommendations.
